Your wellbeing at work is crucial to your overall health. In this session, Jack Newnham will help you understand the work stresses affecting you, then give you some tips on how to overcome them. It will be an interactive session with plenty of chat, questionnaires and a quiz.
It’s open for anyone who has an interest in maintaining their personal wellbeing at work and attendees will come leave feeling more resilient and in tune with themselves. Jack is a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant for Health @ Work and works with businesses on improving the health and wellbeing of their employees.
