This morning session will focus on moving the body in fun and sometimes challenging ways so you can start your day feeling energised and ready to go! The class will focus on strength, stability and healthy flexibility. It will be totally inclusive and is suitable for all.
Sophie has been teaching Yoga for 10 years. Her teaching is influenced by her Ashtanga Yoga background and also functional movement techniques. She loves to get people excited about moving their bodies and feeling strong and flexible.
