The word Vinyasa translates into “arranging something in a special way” and you’ll get this from Justine’s morning yoga sessions. Her combination of Vinyasa Flow and Dynamic Hatha yoga will reorder mind and body, and prepare you for the day.
It’ll also relieve stress, keep your core 💪 and ensure your grey matter remains chill and laser-focused. Come down and turn your hump day into a bump day!
